Beyond allowing the production of large quantities of Ricotta with reduced labor, the Milk Innovation plants ensure a long (shelf) life for the product, making it possible to distribute over long distances, to store the product in anticipation for periods of large demand, or anyway the extended presence on the shelf or in the storage area of the distributor.
Using the entire Milk Innovation plant, it is possible to obtain, through a mechanical procedure without the use of additives, product lives of 40/50/60 days¹ without separation of the whey from the Ricotta, and without the consequent acidification.
Moreover, Milk Innovation is able to produce on request various kinds of stainless steel equipments for customers who have come to appreciate the quality of its products.
